Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCADLKE), Lakehurst, NJ IFLOLS Program intends to place a sole-source contract with Argon Corporation, Great Neck, NY. Argon shall provide the following support equipment and quantities as follows: Flat Panel Display P/N 3429AS2302-2 qty 16. This support equipment is peculiar in nature and Argon holds all data rights. The Government does not own specifications or drawings for the above list of parts. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit proposals, which may or may not be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
