This procurement is to purchase a Shallow Water Egress Trainer for helicopter, 5 point ratary buckle seatbelt and aircraft ditching training courseware/curriculum. Or Equal Manufacture If you intend on quoting equal items, quotes will not be considered without the manufacture's part number and specifications or detailded catalog excerpt. If you are unable to quote, please advise.
