Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Devens intends to award a sole source purchase order to ScriptPro USA Inc, Mission KS, for a Prescription Managment Checkpoint compatible with our ScriptPro system already in plce. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The supply items to be awarded are: Prescription Management Checkpoint, Collating Control center, and Prescription Dispensing Control Station. To the best of our knowledge, these products can only be purchased from ScriptPro USA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written or faxed notification to the Contract Specialist within five (5) calendar days from the date of this published synopsis. Supporting evidence can be sent to FMC Devens, Attn: K. Adam, PO Box 880, Ayer, MA 01432. Information may be faxed to 978/796-1131. ALl responses will be evaluated, but the Government has the discretion not to compete this proposed procurement. If no responses are received, FMC Devens will proceed with the sole-source negotiated with ScriptPro.
