Description: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing 27,500 rentable square feet of quality office space within the town of Fairfield, NJ. The rentable space should yield a minimum of 23,375 BOMA Office Area square feet of space. The requested lease term is for 8 years, 4 years firm. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed lease is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
