NSN 5820-01-492-4349,RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER,CAGE 78205 P/N H01RDD9DB4AN,QTY 276, and DEL 200, Solicitation is RFP with anticipated award date of (approximately 30 days after closing date). Source inspection is required Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note(s):12,13,22, and always 26. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil; 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. The small business size standard is 1500 employees. Specifications, plan or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed Base year and (4) option years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources ARE: MOTOROLA 78205 It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. Restricted Rights Data Restrictions apply. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
