- Description
- The USDA, Forest Service, Southern Region is soliciting quotes for Call-When-Needed (CWN) Airplane Services with companies whose homebases are located in the following states/terrority: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Puerto Rico. The resultant contracts will consist of one base year and two option years. These services include flying for administrative purposes, transport of personnel and cargo, wildfire detection, fire reconnaissance, and air tactical missions. The solicitation will be open to large and small businesses. All responsible sources sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizopps on August 27, 2004.
