- Closing Services: Closing services for three (3) Wetland Reserve Program easements include all services required for recorded easement and which may include such services as agricultural land surveys, title commitment binder, title insurance, and obtaining signatue on Warranty Easement Deed for easements in Candler, Clay, and Decatur Counties, Georgia. Performance time will be 60 calendar days for each easement. Price Range: $0 - $35,000. The solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website www.fedbizopps.gov on or about September 3, 2004. Opening date 9-20-04 at 11:00 AM. All offers are to be delivered to USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Federal Building, Room 225, 355 E. Hancock Avenue, Athens, GA 30601. All responsible sources may submit an offer which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
