- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to lease approximately 47,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (BRSF) of contiguous office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment in St. Petersburg, FL. The BRSF must yield between 37,000 and 44,000 ANSI BOMA Usable Square Feet (BOUSF). A portion of the space must be located on the 1st floor and the entire space should be located on no more than two (2) floors. DELINEATED AREA: The area within a five-mile radius of the Central Business District of St. Petersburg, FL. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by March 2005. LEASE TERM: Up to 10 years firm.
