- Western Area Power Administration intends to purchase test equipment for fiber optic cable manufactured by EXFO America Inc. on a sole source (brand name) basis. This action is pursuant to and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All authorized dealers that are small business concerns are invited to respond to this RFQ. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ will be issued electronically on or about August 23, 2004 on this website at e-center.doe.gov.
