- Description
- The Centers or Disease Control and Prevention intends to make a sole source award to the following contractor for system installation, testing and training of Network Management System Software: Digital System Technology, Inc, 1890 Beaver Ridge Circle, Suite D, Norcross, GA 30071. The NAICS Code is 541519. The size standard is $21,000,000.00. This will be firm-fixed price contract. The Sole Source determination is made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Digital Systems Technology, Inc (DST) is the system designer and integrator of all CDC?s new- state -of- the -art, all digital, high definition production facility. Award to any other source would require additional installation and start-up costs to the Government that would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling ongoing critical agency requirements as well as repetitive costs. It should be noted that no contract would be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Information received will be reviewed to determine if a comparable source, more advantageous to the Government is available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All submissions received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
