Description

The Bay Pines VA Medical Center has a requirement for maintenance of automatic doors at the VA Medical Center Bay Pines located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, equipment and personnel to maintain the automatic doors and related parts. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective October 1, 2004 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. This requirement has been set-aside for 100% Small Business Participation. North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) code is 561990 and the size standard is 6 million. All requests for solicitation must be in writing submitted to address listed herein or faxed to 727-398-9536, and directed to the attention of Lloyd A. Nelson Jr.(90G) Issue date of solicitation is on or about August 20, 2004 and due on or about September 20, 2004.
