Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302, the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center on behalf of VISN 11 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Micromedex, 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Englewood, CO 80111-4740 to subscribe to their currently existing inter/intranet based drug and disease management database. This is not a notice of solicitation. However, parties who think their existing drug information database is equal or better should submit adequate information in writing to support their position no later than September 3, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
