- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source purchase under FAR 6.302-1 with Flexcell International Corporation of Hillsborough, North Carolina for the purchase of One FLEXCENTRAL FLEXERCELL STRAIN FX-4000 Flexercel? Tension Plus System for the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco CA 94121, a Department of Veterans Affairs facility within Veterans Integrated Service Network 21. The Government believes that this is the only firm capable of providing the specified equipment and no other source will satisfy the Government?s requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; NO solicitation package is available. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone or e-mail inquiries will be accepted.
