- Contractor shall furnish all materials and transportation/shipping to design build, clean, prime, paint, deliver and install 6 each MIG-29 aircraft mock-up exterior static display for use on the Avon Park AFR, FL tactical range. Aircraft will be built to scale and accurately replicate actual aircraft. They will be made from aluminum. It must be able to sustain 80 MPH winds for 24 hours, and gusts up to 100 MPH. The display needs to have some type of weather proofing for rain and exposure to the sun. This shall be the only notice posted.
