- Description
- Work under this contract includes all labor, materials, tools, transportation, services, supervision and coordination necessary to complete the installation of all audio/visual equipment, as described in the specifications and illustrated in the asso ciated drawings. Not withstanding any detailed information in the Contract Documents, it is the responsibility of the Integrator to supply Systems in full working order. The Integrator assumes total responsibility to furnish all components required to ac complish the intent of these operating systems and features. Refer to construction drawings for information on systems placement, audio-visual conduit systems, AC power, projection screens and lighting controls. It shall be the responsibility of the Inte grator to verify conditions relating to these items and note any discrepancies in the intent of the System as part of your proposal. Building #103 is currently under construction and is expected to be completed October 1, 2004. A Statement of Work shall be provide to interested parties by request . Proposals are due NLT September 3, 2004 at 4:00 pm CDT in the 189th Operational Contracting Office, Building 122, 112 CMS Williams Drive, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. Proposals will be accepted in person, by standard mail, electronic mail, or by fax (501 ) 987-7986. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure timely delivery of proposals. Late proposals will be viewed as non-responsive and will be not be considered. FedBizOpps Note 1 applies to this announcement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
