Required delivery without First Article is 25 Each 90 Days After Contract Award. This i tem is restricted to Honeywell International, Inc. CAGE Code: 07187 and Smiths Aerospace, Inc., CAGE Code: 86360 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks right to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequ ate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselv es. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an off er, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
