- US Army CECOM intends to solicit by means of an Invitation For Bid (IFB)commercial construction services to Renovate Rooms 2D111 thru 2D117A at building 2700, Fort Monmouth NJ. Drawings will be made available at the site visit, to be announced (TBA), or through postal mail. Requests for copies of drawings should be addressed to the Contracts POC stated below. The magnitude for the project, IAW FAR 36.204 is between $100K and $250K, category C. An award for this project is anticipated in FY'04, and will be issued subject to the availability of funds. The recommended construction period is 90 days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $200.00 per day will be assessed for any unauthorized schedule overruns. There is no Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) available for this project.
