Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to identify multiple sites which contain coexistent populations of invasive non-indigenous and remnant native plant species. The period of service will be no later than 31 March 2006. This is a sole source to University of Wyoming due to proprietary rights and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Request for W9132T-04-T-0173 will be issued on or about 7 September 2004 with a closing date of 17 September 2004. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consolidated Contracting, Champaign Field Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005.
