- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: one (1) UV Data Acquisition Unit with Lightweight, portable DAU, GPS Timing, Controllable through USB interface, Ability to handle 3, AAR-47-type radiometers, Front panel display that shows real-time display of radiometer counts per second with the ability to average counts over 0.1, 1, and 10 second intervals, Data Acquisition software, and System training. This item is procurred on a sole source basis to SciTec Inc., 100 Wall Street, Princeton, NJ 08540, because of software compatibility with existing systems. Any firm believing that they can provide the UV Data Acquisition Unit should submit a written response to the Purchasing Agent within 5 days after publication of synopsis. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data and without causing programmatic hardship.
