- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Biospherical Instruments. for the following items: Item 0001, Biospherical Instrument System, Models PRR2600S and PRR2610 which will include shipping crate, 300 m cable, 10 m cable, and octopus cable, quantity 2 each. Item 0002, Upgrade, repair, and calibration of Government-owned Biospherical Instrument Model Numbers PRR600, PRR610, PER700, and deck box, quantity 1 lot. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 3 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement. The NAICS Code is 334511 and size standard is 750 employees.
