Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for a Raymond brand or equal forklift 630-C30TF 3,000 lb. pacer truck possessing the following salient characteristics: 42" fork length, overall collapsed height of 71", a mechanical lift stop mast @ 70" fork height, sideshift-cascade-4" each way, flashing amber travel strobe light, a 720 amp hour, maintenance-free battery, and a manual, parts, and maintenance. Also, the BEP is requesting quotations for a Raymond brand or equal EASI series R30TN, 24 volt forklift truck possessing the following salient characteristics: 75" collapsed height special mast, load wheels 10.5" X 3.5", chisel type forks with a special length of 46", a mechanical lift stop mast @ 72" elevated height, a carriage with special width of 24"-baseleg opening of 28", a reverse alarm, amber strobe light, a 48? high guard, load backrest, a 12-120-13, 24 volt, maintenance-free battery, a manual, parts, and maintenance. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written request for quotation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-04-0710. The total quantity is one (1) Each. Delivery shall be made within 90 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP Loading Dock at ?D? Street, Between 13th and 14th Sts., S.W. Washington, D.C. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number.
