Description

WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Ann Arbor, Michigan for Solicitation for Offer number GS-05B-17543 consisting of approximately 7,371 square feet of rentable space with 3 parking spaces for the Internal Revenue Service. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,104 to a maximum of 6,409 occupiable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: North: of Plymouth Road, South: of Intrastate 23, East: of Intrastate 23, West: of Dixboro Road. Due to the soon-to- expire lease, the Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations and other factors when deciding whether it should relocate. Lease term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term.
