- Description
- The U.S. Government is performing a space rental analysis to determine prevailing rental rates in relation to a proposed lease action of approximately 38,898 rentable square feet of office space in the following delineated area: Enfield Road and 15th Street to IH 35, South on IH 35 to Riverside Drive; Riverside Drive to Montopolis Drive; Montopolis Drive and the Montopolis expansion to Teri Road: Teri Road to IH 35; IH 35 to Slaughter Lane; Slaughter Lane to Mopac; and Mopac to Enfield Road. The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate space of equal size and better quality. The space must be available for occupancy on November 1, 2004, at a rate less than the fully-serviced rate offered at the present location. Alternative location must have on-site parking for a minimum of 130 vehicles. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, agency special requirements, etc. (Replacement costs estimated at $1,088.038.00.)
