Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking the services of a professional window replicating and installation contractor to remove three (3) existing and install three (3) new windows located in the Russell Senate Office Building Rotunda, Delaware & Constitution Ave., N.E. Washington, DC 20510. The contractor MUST have at least five (5) years experience replicating and installing windows in historic, monumental buildings. The AOC anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will be from date of award through 290 days. Submit request for solicitation package, in writing, via fax to (202) 225-3221 attn: Nichele Robinson or via email to nrobinson@aoc.gov. The request should include your company’s name, address, phone/fax numbers, and contact person’s name, number and email address. The solicitation will be available on or about March 05, 2004.
