Description
***Must Request Solicitation Package Via Email*** This amendment is issued as a question and answer due to technical difficulties uploading to the Q&A portion of FedBizOps: Question: Do you currently have a covered building with reinforced concrete slabs and concrete footings to miniimize vibration and protect against the elements being prepared by the Corps of Engineers? If so, can you send us plans and specifications? Answer: There is a site picked out on Camp Salerno for the prime power plant. This area has been grubbed and cleared of debri, but that is the extent to which our men will prepare the site. The site is approximately 200' by 200' but can be changed depending on contractor space requirements. There will be no construction at the site done by the Corps of Engineers. Any set-up and designs contemplated by the contractor for the construction/manufacture of protective structures shall be performed by the contractor. Question: We would like to know the elevation of the site. We believe it to be in the range of 4,000 meters. Can you confirm this? Answer: Salerno is at 3700 feet of elevation. ***Please ensure all proposals are sent via email to Major Rogers in addition to Capt. England to ensure it is recieved.*** Send requests to: Capt. Christopher England englandcw@baf.afgn.army.mil Package will be returned the same day.
