Description

The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15) for blood, blood products and services (Blood Bank Services). The Contractor shall provide blood, blood products and services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvds, Los Angeles, CA 90073, VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822, VA Loma Linda, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357, and the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government?s option to exercise four, one-year option periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation, which will be available for issue on August 23, 2004, with offers due on or about September 10, 2004.
