Description

The contractor shall provide regular preventive maintenance for all HVAC units (37) as proscribed in the KM-F60S-11 (TM1) Section 1V,Table 4-1 of the technical manual of operation and maintenance. Refrigerant and Parts are not included and will be purchased on an as needed bases. FHOTC Staff will draft the schedule indicating specific units and dates for providing regular preventive maintenance upon award. Contractor shall be located within a 50-mile radius of FHOTC, Camp Pendleton, Ca. The work will be performed at the Fleet Hospital Operations & Training Center, Camp Pendleton, and Ca. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The performance period is for 12 months with an additional 48 months of options available at the Contracting Officer?s discretion. Availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors are required to register in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR); www.ccr.gov Offerors should submit verification of their business registration in the CCR with their quote.
