- Description
- The Government intends to add these NSNs to the existing contract, SP0760-02-D-9732 on a price pending basis. Additional NSNs will be added as necessary. Any interested offeror requiring additional information may contact the contracting officer for complete details. These are sole source to Carver Pump Incorporated (10941) and the Government intends to contract with Carver Pump Incorporated only. There are 2 wearing rings. 4320-01-482-9253, P/N US7-03C004-550 and 4320-01-482-9265, P/N 007-03C004-550. The acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictin technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is Carver Pump Incorporated (10941).
