- 3110-01-138-7272, IAW AS21439 REV B, BASIC DTD 7/1/98, TYPE NUMBER SAE 21439-124. IAW SPEC NR AS39901, BASIC DTD 10/21/02. "QPL" ITEM. THIS NSN HAS QUALIFIED PRODUCT LISTS (QPL) REQUIREMENTS. QUALIFICATION MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITED SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS. THE SOURCE FOR THIS ITEM MUST BE CERTIFIED AND QPL APPROVED AT TIME OF CONTRACT AWARD. AWARD FROM THIS SOLICITATION CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR A DOMESTICALLY MANUFACTURED (U.S. OR CANADA) BEARING AND BEARING COMPONENTS. QAP B02 APPLIES. A LONG TERM CONTRACT (LTC) IS ANTICIPATED (IQC), WITH AN ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND OF 140 EACH, GUARANTEED MINIMUM QTY IS 35 EACH, WITH A MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY (BASE YEAR) OF 210 EACH. DELIVERY IS 118 DARO. FOB DESTINATION, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT DESTINATION.
