Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to make a SOLE SOURCE award using the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to Abt Associates Inc., 55 Wheeler St., Cambridge, MA 02138, to analyze the data from an inventory completed by over 4,200 HRSA grantees regarding the use of telehealth technologies, and to create customized databases that can be used by individual HRSA Bureaus in their programs. In addition, the contractor will work with the Office for the Advancement of Telehealth (OAT) and HRSA Bureaus to independently assess anomalies in the database and make corrections where feasible. The contractor will also prepare a detailed analytic report based on the data from the inventory across all bureaus. This analytic report will include all the analyses, explanations of variation observed in the database fields, and ? when relevant ? graphic displays of key findings. The proposed purchase order shall be for a period of five months. NO SOLICITATION will be issued. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file. This is for information only.
