Description

The Indian Health Service, Wellpinit Indian Health Center, Wellpinit, Washington, intends to enter into a procurement action pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 37.1), Service Contracts--General. The purpose of the position is to provide Oral Surgery for eligible patients at the Wellpinit Indian Health Center. Professional Dental Services are to be provided to patients during normal business hours for the Wellpinit Indian Health Center. Services to be performed at the Wellpinit Indian Health Center, Wellpinit, Washington 99040. The Privacy Act of 1974 mandates that the incumbent shall maintain complete confidentiality of all administrative, medical and personnel records, and all other pertinent information that comes to his/her attention or knowledge. The Privacy Act carries both civil and criminal penalties for unlawful disclosure of records. Violation of such confidentiality shall be cause for adverse action. The contractor must be a graduate of an approved School of Dentistry with a current unrestricted state license to practice Dentistry and perform Oral Surgery. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621210. This is a non-personal services contract and not a personnel appointment. Solicitation package will be available approximately September 7, 2004, and we cannot send the Solicitation package by electronic mail.
