- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration Northwest Mountain Region has a requirement for supply of one Diesel powered, 5 cu. yd. capacity, articulated frame, four-wheel drive, front end wheel loader of manufacturer's latest design. (New) VOLVO L150E wheel loader, VOLVO D10BLAE2 or approved equal. To be delivered to the Field Maintenance Party Garage at Salt Lake City, UT. Offerors are hereby advised that funds are not presently available for this procurement, and that no liability on the part of the government shall arise for bid and proposal costs, until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer and offeror receives notice of such availability from the Contracting Officer in writing. The offer due date is 9/3/2004. Solicitation is available only as posted at http://www.asu.faa.gov/faaco/ Any changes will be posted there as well.
