Description

Furnish and deliver Ice Cream and related products to the eight (8) VISN 3 Medical Centers in New York/New Jersey areas in accordance with requirements, terms and conditions as outlined in solicitation 10N3-012-05. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards for each of the facilities or group of facilities under this solicitation. Only one award will be made for ALL items required at a particular facility. Period of performance shall be from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with (1) one year option to extend the term of the contract. NAICS code is 424430, Size standard 100. Due date for quote is September 13, 2004 @ 3:30 PM.
