- Note: To comply with the requirements below the contractor will need to have a Federal Supply Schedule contract. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate for 3 contract items (non FSS) that will be awarded on a mandatory Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Delivery Order for Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial type contract with Turn Key Technologies. Multiple awards are not being sought. The mandatory FSS items being contracted for on the FSS contract are: Interfaces, Transmitters (wattage ERP), Backup/TXER (& spares kit), Voice PGR?s (code blue Only), Alpha PGR?s, Numeric Pagers. The 3 non-FSS items are the Software, Installation of, and Antennas needed for the mandatory FSS items listed above. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Any firm that has a Federal Supply Schedule contract can provide information (if they believe their FSS contract can provide the above mentioned requirements for the whole VISN 11 and do so with a date of delivery and install of approximately before January 1, 2004) may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the capability of the firm to provide the specific products listed above for the whole VISN and meet the Federal Communication Commission?s mandatory requirement to move the VISN 11 from Wide Band Radio Paging System to a Narrowband Radio Paging System. VA Medical Center 1481 West Tenth Street Room A-B040 Indianapolis, IN 46202 No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the right of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the Federal Supply Schedule, Delivery Order Sole Source contract.
