Description

The VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 intends to award a sole source contract to Agonic Corporation, 410 Interchange St., McKinney, TX, 75071, a SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS, to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation and supervision to remove a 30,000 gallon diesel underground storage tank, a 20,000 gallon diesel underground storage tank, install a 10,000 gallon diesel underground storage tank, and a 1,000 gallon diesel underground storage tank at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1901 E. Ninth St., Bonham, TX 75418. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and drawings and in accordance with the requirements of TCEQ and the Texas Administration Code Chapter 334. Any SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS capable of providing this requirement must indentify their interest and capability in writing to the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement by 8/26/04. NAICS code is 236220. Cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
