Description: The following changes are a result of the site visit held 20 Aug 04: 1.The period of performance for this project is changed FROM 30 days TO 59 days. 2.The grass requirement is changed FROM creeping fescue TO KY31 grass. 3.Remove gravel in steam trench doglegs is added to statement of work. 4.Remove steam vents is added to statement of work. 5.Patch hole in wall of steam pit C-8 after trench removal is added to statement of work. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
