- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Full and Open Competition Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the procurement of products and services for the upgrade of two paint booths located at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This is a solicitation for commercial items IAW the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F333MS41170100. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334513, the standard size of 500 employees. Identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is as follows: Furnish CLIN 1, Aircraft Paint Booth Serial Number 10390 is over 15 years old and in need of an upgrade. New control panel, UL listed auto-balance digital temp, control with PLC, remote access modem and automatic air balancing system installation. Designed to automatically keep the paint booth balanced when in operation. CLIN 2, AGE Paint Booth Serial Number 12252 is over 10 years old and in need of an upgrade. Must upgrade the AGE Crossdraft booth to a 3-stage monitoring system with magnahelic gauges, change to solid Back Exhaust Chamber, new exhaust fan, vane axial 42? with 15 h.p. motor @ 2-1/2? s.p., new control panel UL listed, automatic air balancing system, designed to automatically keep the paint booth balanced when in operation.
