- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), F1319542100300. This document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FaC 2001-24 dated 19 Jul 2004. The NAICS Code is 517212 and the small business size standard is 1,500. This procurement is for Monthly Cellular Service. The following applies: CLIN 0001, 12 MO, Monthly Cellular Service (Monthly Access Charges) PLAN NAME - TRAVEL TIME 500 which shall include 100 lines, sharing 50,000 minutes at $______per minute. Minutes apply in ten state area which includes ME, NH, VT, MA, NY, CT, NJ, PA, RI, DE and DC. Unlimited off peak calling on calls placed within the ten (10) state area. Nationwide Toll Free calling included on all calls placed from the ten (10) state area; CLIN 0002, 12 MO, Enhanced voice mail; CLIN 0003, 12 MO, Mobile to Mobile - 500 Additional Mobile to Mobile Minutes per Line; and CLIN 0004, 12 MO, Detailed Billing. State monthly fee for each line item and the total yearly cost. Prices must be provided for all line items to receive an award. Payment will be made with Government Visa Credit Card. Funds are not presently available. This procurement will be funded IAW FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (APR 1984). The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (all offerors shall provide a copy of this provision with their quote); FAR 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (in Paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-36; and FAR 52.252-2 to access the clauses at http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
