- Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, vehicles and services required to perform courier service for a base year, 1 October 2004 - 30 September 2005, and one option year, 1 October 2005 - 30 September 2006. Services will be p erformed at Fort Lewis, Washington and McChord Air Force Base, Washington. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. A request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued. The RFQ number is: W911S8-04-T-0062. This requirement is 10 0 percent set aside for small business. The size standard for any concern, including its affiliates shall not be more than 1,500 employees. NAICS Code: 492110. All requests for the solicitation must be faxed to Barbara Kinnear at 253-967-3844 or emailed t o Barbara.Kinnear@lewis.army.mil, (email is preferred), providing Dun and Bradstreet number and CAGE Code. All faxed requests must include an email address. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be con sidered for contract award. When issued, the solicitation will only be available for download from our web site at: http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is 1 September 2004.
