- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9124D-04-RENTAL. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This is 100% set aside small business. T he NAICS code is 532490 and the small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. CLIN 0001 Forklift, rental of 4 each forklifts, all terrain telehandler, 10,000-lb. capacity, 30 - 40 foot lift height, pneumatic tires, gas or diesel, rental period is 12 month s,includes delivery to Fort Knox, Kentucky, training and scheduled maintenance per manufacturer's recommendations, with standard commercial 1 year warranty.
