- The due date for the receipt of quotes remains unchanged, which is August 24, 2004, 10:00am.Local Time (i.e. Albuquerque, New Mexico). All questions shall be in writing and faxed to (505) 248-6941. The following is hereby incorporated into the synopsis/solicitation: 1. The number of phone calls to the Help Desk are on a monthly basis. There are approximately 10-25 phone calls to the Help Desk. The responses to help desk phone calls usually require a simple ?quick fix,? response. 2. The following are on an annual basis: The approximate number of hours required for the Off-site Help Desk Support is 120-180; for the On-site Network Support (scheduled) is 400; for On-site Network Support (Emergency) is 200; for On-site Network Engineering Support (Scheduled) is 60; for On-site Network Engineering Support (Emergency) is 20-30; for On-site Network Specialist Support for Moves, Adds or Changes during the summer months is 240; for On-site Staff Training 3 days; and, for Technology Planning 3 days. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
