- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Northern Field Office has a requirement for design and fabrication of a globe exhibit for the Arctic Interagency Visitor Center (AIVC) located in Coldfoot, Alaska. The exhibit will be approximately ten foot-six inch diameter, three- demensional representation of the top section of the earth, showing from Latitude 45 degrees North to the North Pole. The globe will be smooth surfaced, it will not have physical relief. The globe will be installed on the existing wooden base at the Visitor Center replacing an existing flat map. The contractor shall also provide a panel that is a key to the globe. The NAICS code for this project is 339999. The request for quote will be available on or before 08/26/2004. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration before award can be made. Quotes are due at 4:00 p.m. Alaska Time.
