- THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR COMPETITION AMONG SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. Project Name: Solid Waste Removal on the Lower Current River of Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Van Buren, Missouri. Contract is Multi-year (base year and two option years). All solid waste will be taken to an EPA approved landfill with authorization. Solicitation is a Commercial Item Acquisition. SIC Code is 4212. Solicitation will be available after August 24, 2004. The National Park Service, US Department of the Interior, is soliciting competitive proposals for a fixed-price Commercial Item Service, contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: solid waste removal to an EPA approved landfill at Ozark National Scenic Riverways, as per attached specifications. All work will be performed under a single contract. The NAICS code for this project is 562111. Project contains options, 1 Base Year and two Option Years. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about August 24, 2004 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
