- Description
- This amendment to the synopsis is being issued to show an additional mandatory requirement, and to provide a revised date for the release of the solicitation. In addition to the previously stated mandatory requirement, the following is added: Key Personnel Security Clearance ? All proposed key personnel for which a resume is provided must have a security clearance of SECRET or higher upon award of the contract. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the NSWCDD Procurement Division homepage (http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply/) by 31 August 2004. The solicitation will be open for 30 days. The contract award date is targeted for performance to begin on 1 December 2004.
