- This requirement is to purchase a quantity of 29 new blades, NSN: 7HH 2835-01-117-5564, General Electric Co. (cage 07482) part number L25747G03. Line item # 0001 is for the quantity of 29 EA blades; F.O.B. Origin; delivery to code Q99507; packaging requirements: Contractor's commercial packaging; the required delivery time is 15 days after the date of the order. Proposal evaluations will be based on the contractor's ability to meet the required delivery date; contractors' proposals which have delivery date(s) exceeding 15 days (after the date of the order) may be determined "non-responsive" and unacceptable.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00104-04-Q-DC14 is issued as ! a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-23, dated 5-5-04. The provisions at : 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial ; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items , apply to this acquisition; Offerors' proposals should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. See Numbered Note 22. Detailed drawings and technical specifications (for the required blade) are not available from the Government.
