- Description
- General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 11,300 square feet of rentable space. Rental space must yield 9,825 to 10,750 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All services, supplies and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space shall conform to GSA requirements for the fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Unique Requirements: All space must be contiguous. Location: Offered properties must be serviced by the municipal utilities of Tulsa, Oklahoma within the areas delineated below: North ? 11th St. S. South ? 91st St. S. East ? Memorial Dr. West ? Peoria Ave. OR Within the circle bounded by IH 244 on the West and North and IH 444 on the South and East. Expressions of interest should include the following: Building or site name and address, contact person with phone number. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from above. Rentable square feet offered and RSF rent rate. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. Common Area Factor(s) for available space on floor, if applicable. Evidence of authority to represent the owner. Written responses are required no later than August 27, 2004. Verbal responses will not be considered.
