Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor and equipment to provide Janitorial Services for the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Green Bay, WI. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is a small business set-aside and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 561720, size standard $14.0 Million applies. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2004. Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
