Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting bids (RFQ 786-18-05) for concrete grave liners, furnished, delivered, and installed, F.O.B. Destination within Contractor?s premises, Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, St Louis, MO 63125. Contract will cover Base year (October 1, 2004 or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2005, with up to three (3) one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2008. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice Corlew, Contracting Officer, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) (non-refundable), payable to ?U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.? Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ 786-18-05 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about August 30, 2004. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA?s Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about August 30, 2004: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-18-05. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. CBD Numbered Note 1 applies.
