- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F194MV40080100 and is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-24 and DAC 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% HubZone set-aside. NAICS Code: 332439; Size Standard: 500 employees. Funds are currently not available, and may not become available. The requirement is for CLIN: 0001; Nomenclature: Transport Modules, Special Purpose, Used to transport F-16 Aircraft?s Chaff and Flare, medal, olive green in color, Archer Technologies, ALE-40, P/N X200025015 or equal. CLIN 0002; Nomenclature: Transport Module, Used to transport 2.75 F-16 rockets, medal, olive green in color, Archer Technologies, P/N X200025510-10 or equal. This requirement is for delivery FOB Destination to Luke AFB, Arizona. Be sure to specify proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies.
