Description
Solicitation W912QR-04-R-0035 for the 5th SFG/160th SOAR Barracks Complex, Ft. Campbell, Kentucky consists of a base bid for all design work associated with this design build project and the complete construction of the 5TH SFG barracks for 216 soldi ers, obstacle stations, and a dining facility complete with required utilities, storm drainage, communications, electric, HVAC, fire protection, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, access drives, exterior lighting, site improvements, grading, and la ndscaping; and the maintenance of the facility for five years. Work under this contract also consists of a bid option #1 for the complete asbestos removal and deconstruction of bldg 2994 and its associated site features; the complete construction of the 16 0TH SOAR barracks for 288 soldiers, complete with required utilities, storm drainage, communications, electric, HVAC, fire protection, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, access drives, exterior lighting, site improvements, grading, and landscaping; and the maintenance of the facility for five years. Work under this contract also consists of a bid option #2 for the repaving of Kentucky & Indiana Avenues between 36TH & 42ND Streets and the repaving of 36TH & 42ND Streets between Kentucky & Indiana Ave nues. Work under this contract also consists of a bid option #3 & #4 for the shredding and stockpilling of the concrete, asphalt, and masonry from the deconstruction of the site features associated with the base bid and building 2994 and associated site fe atures associated with bid option #1. This will be a best value source selection procurement. The evaluation factors on this solicitation will be Experience, Past Performance, Technical Information, Management, Sustainable Design, Deconstruction Approach, Betterments & Innovations, Subcontracting. This project is available by downloading from the Internet only. T he drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package.
